Delete your account
You can delete your account and all your data whenever you like. It's immediate and can't be undone.
From the app (quickest)
Open Capítula and go to:
Profile →Settings →Account →Delete account
We'll ask you to confirm twice.
Without the app, from here
Type your account's email. We'll send you a code to confirm it's yours.
What gets deleted
- Your account: email, username, date of birth and avatar.
- Everything synced: journal, library, progress and shelf.
- Your sessions and ways in (Apple, Google, email). If you signed in with Apple, we revoke the app's access.
- Clicks on buy links are no longer linked to you.
- Whatever is stored only on your phone stays on your phone.
